Dream Interpretation

The subconscious mind is a concept created more than 200 years ago, by a man named Carl Gustav Carus. He theorized that beyond our conscious existence, we humans also have a latent subconscious mind. Later, Sigmund Freud explained that this subconscious mind is a place to store traumatic and repressed memories.

These experiences are kept there under lock and key - subtly influencing our daily lives. The only time they are freely expressed are during psychotic episodes and dreams. But Freud's protege, Carl Jung, took his theories even further, blurring the rules that Freud had set for the subconscious and forming.

whole new structure of the human mind. Jung said that the unconscious mind is full of transcendent truths - and we can grow by bringing these truths into conscious awareness. The best way to achieve this is through dream analysis. One particular scent, rose essential oil, was recently recommended to me by Jen at A qualified practitioner of aromatherapy,

Jen explained how rose oil can assist the transition to lucid dreaming while you sleep.Rose oil has been used in meditation for many hundreds of years - and has long been known to carry the highest vibrational frequency. It is also said to allow spiritual attunement and keep the heart chakra open.
